What will be our severance package this time around? The same as last time?

@csn is correct - that is our severance - still - #HumanaSeverance #Severance tagging it for people who many need the info later...
There have been three layoffs already this year in HAH, affecting CHEs, PHCs, RSs and their leadership. The severance package has been the same each time. Basically, you earn 2 week's pay for every full year you've been employed and at least 4 week's pay if you've been here less than two years, plus any unused PTO that's left at the end of your 60-day notice. There's no reason to think that severance package has changed.
What was it before? How many times have you guys been laid off?
@Q0aYF13-drm Are you an RN?
Can I look up this policy somewhere? Where to click?
It will be as listed in the policy just as it was before, just as it will be next time unless they change the policy.
We hope
Same as before
