Layoffs are nothing new at Wellcare, those of us who have been working here for a while know to expect them on regular bases. Considering that the company is utterly disorganized, I'm surprised we don't have even more of them. They get rid of more experienced people just to turn around and hire new - and cheaper - workers who are completely new to the field. I can't tell you how many times I've had to put my own work on hold to help new hires because they receive little to no training. The supervisors are useless and in their own world, much like the remainder of management. And don't even get me started on raises, you are expected to work more and more, and when it's time to be reworded, they don't even meet the cost of living increase. I don't really expect much will change any time soon.

Yeah, your company has a bad reputation. I get called every year for the same vp role because no one stays. Anyone I know who did accepts role, left within a year.
