Work-life balance s---s here! I don't know if it's bad planning or too high expectations or something else entirely, but Wellcare keeps giving us deadlines that're impossible to meet without dozens of extra hours each week. Say goodbye to your evenings and weekends. Days off, what are those? If at least they paid us enough for this it would be easier to suffer through the lack of sleep and personal time, but they don't, not even close. People're having marital issues because of it! The worst thing is, they're not hiring more people to distribute the work more evenly, they're laying off, creating even more work for the rest of us. We'll see how well that works out for them.
