You cannot trust McKesson’s HR department

18 years I work hard and focused on the corporate goals and objectives. Not only did I work hard, I never called in sick, always was positive and was more professional than most of the C-level executives (who think they are better than others). Oh, they talk and teach diversity, they do not practice it. The ICARE principles are to keep employees who are not executives in control. The C-level executives do not abide by these principles. In the end, I was treated like a box of Kleenex. They used me up and tossed me away for a new, cheaper box. I guess it could have been worse, they could have flushed me like toilet paper. One thing for certain, you cannot trust McKesson’s HR department. The EVP of HR is there to support the CEO’s agenda, in fact this is what all EVPs do. They do not care about you. It is all about their bonuses, their stock options. They retire rich while other employees that retire from Mck have to work just to pay for health insurance.

That is exactly what they do. They use you up and discard you like garbage. It is very predictable, every 2 years in March.

The statement should be: The F level executives.

You do not pracitice what you preach McKesson! Anyone that worked for McKesson knows that ICARE is a joke, and used against employees. Walk your talk!

The pay and benefits especially the health plans were very poor and Mckesson is a healthcare company.

Amen. No HR department at any company helps employees only to limit the liability to the company even if it means covering up their own internal misconduct and criminal activity.

Mckesson was one of the worse I've seen a large amount of MANAGERS who were fired and led out of the office by armed security guards. You could imagine if you weren't even a manager that it's even worse, such as, firing employees while they're on hospital beds. Or if they're on disability leave lying to them and demanding they to come into the office so to fire them as soon as they walk in the door.

It was definitely one of the worse places I've worked at and the pay and benefits were horrible on top of the horrid working conditions.
