I have seen the worst in people. Behaviors of hate, revenge and just because I can attitude from management. It's truly an organization out of control. For example, some people who were let go in 2011 the hell extended into the following year with their bonus rating being screwed and getting next to nothing because their VP/Management wanted to f--- with them one more time and simply because the system allowed them to get away with it. The same VP/Management will be doing it again next year to the new group of people who got their pink slip Nov 1st. Sadly, management thinks it funny and with HR losing their jobs they know they will get away with it. I sat in those calibration meetings for years and the lies they tell to give more money and higher rating to one verses the other would make your skin boil. I hate to say this but it's not about the work. It's about how I perceive you in my own opinion. When management tells a story, they make it so convincing to the point no one will question it. I already know for some their bonus will be next to nothing in March and they did good work. Sad and pathetic. For some it will be because of race, while for others it will be because I just want to get you one last time and you don't need the high ratings since you are out the company. Amazing...How can this be happening? Easy...No one to put management in their place from the top. I wish we had an outside company do the ratings. It would change the playing field. .. Until then, I am sorry.
