Sometimes it feels like we’re back in highschool with all the juvenile work politics going on around here. It gets old when we have coworkers who are slacking in their job duties just because they are favored by certain managers and are a part of the "popular crowd." In most cases the rest of us are taken advantage of and made to feel undervalued.
Shifts can seem hostile and when issues arise some managers will not take accountability to problem solve. We need leaders who can find solutions and not someone who points fingers and blames everybody but themselves.
Anyone can manage a shift, it’s evident considering all the managers we have, yet very few are fit to lead. Something needs to change asap, as we are losing the few good people we have left and right to this.
