Avid Executive staff dumping stock

So the brilliant "transformation" (which is nothing but B.S. and nonsense) Is complete per loser High maintenance King Luis. Who by the way is putting on a lot of pounds eating at all those nice meals while he travels the world on Avids dime accomplishing absolutely nothing. Nice going, the executive staff really believes in the future of the company...... that is why there was a "dump-fest" of Avid stock by the incompetent CEO, CFO, COO and CPO. They certainly aren't dummies. They are going to put whatever $$$ they can in their own pockets. And that is at the expense of anyone. These clowns are all about themselves. What a great job, making big money to destroy a company. This place is on life support. Louis next book will be titled "How to destroy a great company in no time flat - Just be totally incompetent". Oh wait he has already written most of that book, he is currently writing the final chapter.

Glad you made some money off those C-Level losers. You could also though, probably benefit by

knowing the other side of the story too. Not everything is always as it appears. A good thing to keep in mind... And keep your seatbelts fastened, there is a whole new destination on the horizon guaranteed to make for a great ride!

Glad I saw this post way back when. Seeing the C-level losers were dumping shares I also did the same. Happy I did otherwise I would have taken a 25% loss. C-level execs dumping stocks is definitely not a good sign and sends a loud message regarding how they feel about the future of the organization. It is true, actions speak much louder than words.

There is a lot of dirty and dishonest activity going on here. The lack of ethics is pretty amazing .

It endemic in Avid. Apparently the head guy in Avid Ireland was having affairs with TWO sisters working there, taking them out and buying gifts, all on the company dime.
