Changing jobs to work for TIBCO is one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. Sometimes I feel like I'm back in high school with all the gossip and various cliques. And if that was not enough, management culture exudes that good ol' boys club feeling. Really, it's a mix of Mean Girls and Mad Man that I would wish on nobody.
Not to mention, there is no training here. If you need to learn something, you have to look it up wherever you can think to look and figure it out by yourself. Of course, you are expected to do that on your own time.
Role responsibilities are not properly defined, so you might end up doing something that you never thought you'd be doing as part of your job.
If I could reverse my decision, I would. Right now I feel so stuck, I'd welcome being laid off.
