When I think of Shire, I picture a boat with no rudder, floating aimlessly with no sense of direction and that’s what this company is going through.
There is very little guidance from department heads due to so many changes taking place both in management and organizational structure.
There is a lack of focus due to constant changes of direction coupled with poor leadership in some departments. We desperately need a direction that will be based on the needs of the patient as well as the employees.
Find the direction we need quickly or people will start to jump ship with or without a life vest.
