There are way too many incompetent managers at Johnson Control. They barely know what they are doing and yet they do not appreciate the workers who do the actual job (and unfortunately make them look good for it.)
As if the situation with managers was not bad enough previously, the merger has made a bad situation worse. Now we have even more managers who don't know what's going on or what they're supposed to be doing (or simply don't care.)
Can we maybe start promoting from the inside? No wonder our management s---s when next to very qualified and experienced people who've been with the company for years, Johnson Controls still fills management positions from the outside.
