I guess they are trying to emulate Amazon... Pushing high demands and long hours, driving people into the ground... Work and life balance is taking a major hit as well...
Everybody used to get good mentoring, but now that seems reserved for engineers (and even that seems to be on a shaky ground)...
The demands of those at the very top are completely disconnected from reality... We have good people leaving the company because of this... We need to stop the exodus if we are to stay competitive in the industry...
