Management at Fluor lacks ethics, honesty and fairness. Oh, also intelligence in many cases.
Hiring and promoting is always done on "friend" bases, never on merit. If you are working on a project that is about to be completed and if you are not "in" with the management, chances are really good you'll get laid off.
Also, any achievements you make will be attributed to somebody else most likely.
They have no issues about asking us to do things they don't know how to do without providing necessary documentation for it and expect it to be done. Of course, they'll take credit when you somehow manage to do it.
90 percent of management needs to go for Fluor to start functioning properly again.
