really, how many management levels do we need at general mills?
it's management on management on more management on even more management... what's really their purpose except to slow done whatever we are working on with unnecessary red tape? i'm having trouble finishing stuff due to the way our work is being micro-managed...
there's no room for innovation... even when something gets through and gets adopted the work of the employee is not recognized...
we're in desperate need of some management layoffs... it'll help both the bottom line and the whole process...
