maybe we wouldn't need layoffs if anybody here actually got penalized for some of their unprofessional behavior that's costing ti money.
we have a bunch of people who like to go on long (and i mean several hours long) breaks, coming in late and leaving early, or simply sitting at their chairs and doing nothing but staring at their phones.
and they never get called out for their behavior! why??? it's hurting the company. we end up letting go of good people while these leaches stay on.
while i'm at it, i have to mention communication. it's also a huge issue, and something needs to be done about that. i understand that we have sites all over the world, but in this day and age that should not be an obstacle to doing work efficiently. it's actually ridiculous that it's even an issue.
