It would be really nice if we had at least some say in what our schedules are going to be.
Managers don't care about our private life and don't give us an option to make any plans. They will schedule us the way they want to, even if we announce that we can't do certain hours for whatever reason.
It is unnecessarily rigid and leaves little room for life outside of work.
I'm wondering if this is strictly my location or is it the same in other places? Anybody else has these issues?
