Some of the management people at Visa lack leadership, integrity and dedication necessary to properly run a company. I’m sure it’s not like that in all departments however I find it to be very true in mine.
We have managers who won’t give credit where it is due and have proven to have very poor decision making skills that came at the cost of valuable resources.
Management shows very little interest in setting goals or implementing any form of employee development while any interesting feedback you give in an effort to improve quality or productivity is ignored.
This problem needs to be addressed as it is both affecting the morale of my department and causing trust issues with management.No wonder our turnover is so high...
