YPs upper management needs to be cleaned out ASAP! Major policy changes are being made so quickly that you know it isn’t well thought out. The direction of the company changes so often that it becomes discerning and disruptive to employees.
Those at the top don’t seem to understand today’s market nor provide fundamental solutions to any problems. They are disorganized and seem to be intimidated by anyone competent enough to move up the the ladder, making it difficult to gain promotions.
Also, upper management is well know for pushing their employees beyond their limits in their efforts to be efficient but what it boils down to is over micromanaging.
