I’ve been with Cardinal health for almost two years and can safely say I am experienced in the daily processes of my job. It aggravates me to have a manager constantly looking over my shoulder just to see if I am getting things done correctly!
I can understand an occasional follow up, but while you’re questioning me on the procedures I am using and literally following employees around waiting for a mistake to be made so you can berate them - how is your job coming along? You know, the one you were hired to do? I’m pretty sure it’s not babysitting! /rant
