numbers must be grim ... another round of workfroce reduction in full swing, many senior folks let go too.
how are those year end numbers looking guys..
The Cork support teams continue to be slashed - through voluntary leavers. Currently staff turnover is over 65% across the previous 12 months, which unsurprisingly is raising eyebrows at senior levels, Such levels are unprecedented across all BU's. Majority of mgmt on site are in their 1st positions of responsibility, cannot build teams and are generally making a complete hash of it.
guess the only real busy person is the CHRO LuAnn , spending her time providing answers to glassdoor reviews, while also posting a couple fake ones to try and skew trend positive ...
So sad for those who remain.
It was a fun company to wirk for with some really nice people all across the globe.
Some parts of the business are doing OK (TOAD?), but I here the DP business had crashed and burned months ago - frosen in indecision. Noone knew what to do after the Dell split. Chaos. Calamity. End of.
nope..."join the innovation" should be "join the stagnation".
is there any real innovation happening within any of the BU's that might keep them relevant and save them longer term..
No official word on the numbers but directors and some managers have been told to prepare for more cuts. They were horrible after 3rd quarter and I don't expect them to make up the shortfall no matter how good the 4th quarter is. In addition to WFR, I'd expect announcements of the sale of parts of the company before the end of the month.
how are the numbers looking?
This is Vinny Marley. Tonight you will be visited by three spirits - the ghosts of Quest Past, Present, and yet to come! After that, please turn the lights off on your way out.
