I'm pretty sure it's just someone "trolling for lols," as the kids over at 4Chan say. I haven't seen a real lol yet, but there's always next time.
Notice how any posts and threads looking at possible class actions get some scathing, bullying, mean reply. It is either a plant by an insider trying to draw attention away from potential actionable class action suit or a bitter damaged poor soul. Either way there is no room for mean decisive posts.
I draw the line at casting dispersions on Murder She Wrote and someone’s lawn but those were pretty humorous age discrimination based comments. I think it is great you have a possible future in stand up when you get laid off.

IDK where Youngin works but especially in host areas of systems i have met some of the most dedicated older workers ever and i am not a state farm lifelong employee. I am working with some millenials however, who cant stop looking at social media long enough to work. I said some. That means nobody should generalize about people due to age. We should help one another. Leadership caused this problem and we all get to suffer the consequences.
Sorry for Youngin and their post. Harsh generalization that sounds like it comes from place of anger or manipulation of the thread.
This is not age discrimination. The vast majority of worthless do-nothing people are older. They've skated through their career for the past 30 years and haven't done anything useful. Therefore it looks like age discrimination.
