I really wish Stryker leadership would make sure that requirements for promotions are equal throughout the company. I know they are supposed to be, but only some parts of the company are actually sticking to them.
It s---s seeing other departments promote people based on their skill and knowledge, while in our department the best people get passed for promotions over and over again because they do not belong to the right clique.
This will cost Stryker some of its best workers if they are not careful.
