Thread regarding McDonald's Corp. layoffs

Zero customer service skills

I’m all about customer service at Mcdonald’s. If you provide excellent service, then chances are you’ll get repeat business. I have a shift manager in my store that I swear doesn’t have an ounce of professionalism. I’ve caught her yelling at our customers, swearing at them and being disrespectful towards them just by her body gestures.

She doesn’t get along with any of the employees and yet our GM still insists on keeping her because she works hard. She is a detriment to this location and brings nothing positive every time she is scheduled for a shift. Co-workers will call off when they know she is to work with them leaving us short staffed. It has been so bad that we have had people quit and customers threaten to sue. Is one employee worth all this trouble?
