It’s safe to say that leadership at the executive level is only concerned with short term results instead of focusing on a long term strategy.
At the moment their strategy is so disconnected from current industry needs that employees are taking the brunt of it. We are all witnessing the latest results right now with the announcement of over 5000 being cut by the end of the year.
Of course, as all this takes place, the only ones not affected are the shareholders and the executives who despite layoffs are STILL able to get their bonuses.
Makes me sick.
