Thread regarding CDW layoffs

Today's Incident...

CDW should be ashamed of itself for what happened today in Chicago.

Out of respect, I will not include any names or details.

However, as a coworker I will speak up. What does it say about your company culture when someone calls you out in a suicide note?

Knowing sales leadership, they'll probably just crack some f-word laden "jokes" and move on. S3 to PPM, it's all the same bonehead old sales guys at the top.

S-xual harassment, racism, bullying - all pervasive, but HR is too busy posting fake reviews on Glassdoor and nitpicking stupid "PMP" reviews to notice.

I will be praying for the victim tonight and his family. Very sad. Shame on all of us.

whoever started this thread, hate to break it to you but nothing will change.

I was in a meeting with sales leadership and a couple S3 directors, they were cracking jokes amongst themselves, saying things like "hope this sh*t doesn't affect my bonus!"

I will say at the AM/coworker level, people are very solemn but hope the best for the victim's family.

It's a shame our leadership and "directors" are so crass and immature.
