Greed from the top down, execs cash out millions in options, only 2 percent of 26000 employees even get them. Pay for teachers usually under $12/hr even in major metros. No raises or bonuses for lower level folks from tax reform, teachers leaving in droves. They just look for new bodies rather than valuing experience. Liberal LGBTQ agenda has taken over HR and transgender/g-- employees get way too much visibility. Not a great place to work.
