Keep off these kind family promoted business groups of India whose respect for employee is superficial and all the so called Rise campaings are eye wash to mislead the public

firstly the person who is being blocked doesnt know that he is being deliberately being blocked for many moths, and once he realizes something is amiss and his/her phone no and email id has been recorded in some specific databases for victimization, significant gap comes in career and then it becomes basis for rejection......

It is time IT pros voluntarily boycott this type of firms. This kind of vindictive witch hunting can ruin lives, especially of genuine people who are victimized or sabotage by rivals with in company. This is very dangerous practice which can misused easily to destroy any bodys career in matter of days

time to spread the word so the that potential employees avoid this type of dubious companies.

promoting a technical person as manager before firing looks to be deliberate move to scuttle his job opportunities by creating false lable - nasty time to identify and spread the identities of senior folk who designed such schemes so that even their neighbors are aware about them

marking employee fired from bench as unfit for rehire is very cruel and inhuman, sharing that info thro KPMG background check amount to criminal offence..

Anyone facing such situation should meet a lawyer and server cease and desist notice, restricting the information shared about his/her tenure in that company.

if you are a victim contact and lodge a complaint with central/chief labour commissioner immediately.
