So they are going to fire the store managers, then promote Rx managers to manage the store, but not be store managers, because that position won't exist anymore. Take the highest paid employee in the store, make them in charge, replace them with another pharmast, again more expensive, just to remove store managers. Seems legit, write it up!

Try cvs total mess I have a MBA payroll hours cut at my store to 186 including my hours
Most id--tic c-ap I've ever heard. Rxm or tmp or tampax whatever their called are lazy and think their sh-- don't spell. A joke to have them run a store. You have no clue how to run a store stick to your d--gs.
So take the one position in the store that is paid the most and does the least and have them replace the store manager? How about the RXMs run there little space in the back correctly for once and then talk about having them deal with the whole store. They wouldnt last one minute or would they want to! Store managers deal with so much b---s--- pharmacy managers wouldnt want it even if offered. Also the hardest part about running a store is dealing with all of the staff or ER stuff. As pharmacists are trained to make sure people take the correct medication, they wouldnt even know where to start to run the entire store. I have all the respect for pharmacists but lets be real. Just cause you went to school for medication managment has no bearing on actual managment. Most of the store managers work really hard and are underpaid for how much they do! You have no clue until your name is on the store and you are held responsible for everything that happens in those walls( while on vacation or not) you dont have a freaking clue.
Why isn’t it brilliant? Store managers hours don’t count in budget. MGR don’t do sh-- but sit in the office while RXM works their a-- off after going to school for 8 years to become a DOCTOR (coming from RXM). A MGR should be in charge or boss of RXM? Nah. That was the dumb idea. They’re finally fixing their mistake after how long.
