All the old senior employees have been laid off or forced to retire! No longer need to worry about old people retiring and trying to fill their position with someone younger

It is much easier for an inexperienced management crew to get buy-in for recycled and relabeled business strategies with newer employees than to convince the seasoned employees to fully commit and execute resources to the new recycled plan, while their opinions and experiences are not being valued
No pension either
Less experience. Less money.
Why did FMC feel it was necessary to get rid of all the older senior employees? What do the new younger people have that the older experienced ones don't?
