Now Metlife has a new time software called DAT that tracks every minute that an employee works. If they are concerned about operating employee expense why don’t they first start at the top and cut the 6 and 7 digit pays a bit along with the high dollar bonus’ they receive. MetLife touts on how good they treat their employees but the reality is they treat them like second class citizens that cannot be trusted. The stockholders of this company need to be aware of how their company is being run
