Some have asked how this could happen. That's a question you ask when you're utterly clueless about the financial position of the company. As in 5 billion in debt. Maybe next time you'll keep yourself a bit better informed, instead of watching American Idol when you get home from work.

Folks , this has everything to do with management period. We see this day in and day out. IBM, Hershey foods, Ahold and on and on. The leaders we had in the yesteryears like Milton Hershey and T.J.Watson at IBM would have fired every in upper management. Milton and T.J Watson did not layoff employees even in the depression !
