I t looks like the last of rounds at McAfee were based on the number of years you were with the company. Cut the employees that were hired during the time when the number of employees with technical skills were in short supply. McAfee had to pay more to hire the talent. Know the number of people with great technical skills is great.
So to save money layoff the employees with high salaries, and over 10 years service. Bring the cheaper employees. Not taking into account the number of years it takes an employee to be productive.
