Redeployment has hit Pennsylvania from permanent long standing skilled employees being forced into temp rolls with no choice and then moved to several departments with little warning or options. Salaries locked with no increase to meet level of position being worked, employees given two job offers with no pay increase option or promise of permanent job being kept, if refusal of two lesser level or lateral positions, employee is then given 5 weeks to procure employment for themselves. If employment in the company is not found in the 5 weeks, even if there is nothing being offered to begin with, job loss will still follow.
Layoff happening in India and UK at CTS. Push for cloud skills but with little cloud work actually available - apart for a select few chamachas. I am in CTS management team in UK and involved in interviewing for cloud skills. Under pressure to take cheap candidates especially from offshore who have very little cloud skills

It's became an one project company.current project ends and you are gone.reskilling just a buzz.no opportunities will be provided.onus is on employee to find project, no matter how long you have served, if you are out of project, you will be treated as external candidate.
