A successful company requires excellent leadership. Bad leadership drives the best away and demoralises those that remain. Steer clear of ABB they are on a path of failure with leadership full of pension hungry dead wood and leftover trash from other failed organisations.

I can confirm that after more than 20 years of service in that company.
Bad leadership, back scratching and apple polishing - are their main pests.
Some senior managers do not even hide their approach - "I just need to stay two years longer before I retire", "I do not care, I will get a new assignment in 6 months" etc.
People spend hell of time at work discussing job cuts, complaining to each other, hoping they will not "be the next" - instead of thinking of improvements, productivity increases etc.
This is what is called: Write The Future Together - those big shots think of their future only for sure
