This seems to be the latest in Tech Mahindra's dictator type policy (as in May/ Jun 2018). I want to bring out another facet of Tech Mahindra. An employee, I know personally resigned, but the hierarchy is refusing to release him. The idea seems to be...."You are a bonded labour. We can kick you out whenever we want, but we won't let you go, if you want to go."

It's the policy applied not only for TechM but almost all companies operating from india.
Even in offer letter it is mentioned crisp and clear and every employee sign in to an agreement in it.
