I worked for DB three times in my IT career - finally transferred to HP/HPE in the Nucleus outsource debacle ....
I always thought the Germans were disciplined and structured - it seems they are not and I have never seen so much 'management by committee' as i did at DB. Not surprising they are now on the way down the ladder
