EBAY has no strategy aside from firing talented people to spend money on entry level customer service roles. The Sydney office now resembles an Indian call centre.

E Bay rep : "Ok fine good , yes I see now, please how many gigabytes Ram you has?"
Customer: "No, it's the website not working, the photos I uploaded are gone"
E Bay rep : "Yes, I see now. Please to restart your modem and I put you on hold please"
Customer: "Transfer me to a supervisor please"
E Bay rep: "Yes very good, OK. Grandpa !!!! "
Trust me, as sellers we can see that the good employees are fewer and fewer every day.
