Thread regarding AON layoffs

Aon - the Insensitive firm

If you want to know how totally calloused and focused ONLY on expenses this firm has become, look no further than lower Manhattan. Aon just moved from 199 Water Street to new offices at One Liberty Plaza. Look that up. It is just across the street from the former office it had in the South Tower of the World Trade Center. Imagine the joy of the remaining employees who were there on THAT DAY (and I was one of them) who now have to march past a virtual cemetery to work. Horrific decision,

I agree. Aon should have moved into the new WTC buildings. Or stayed away. By moving into Liberty Plaza — the most damaged building that didn’t collapse and was not deconstructed — from the remains of 2WTC IS BAD TASTE. PGRyan would not have done that. He and Shirley busy entertaining in Winnetka.
