When did this happen? This week or are you talking about previous layoffs? Some more info would be really appreciated, since I haven't heard about anything happening this week. Now I'm starting to panic.
Unfortunately, there are no classes in being laid off. In talking with the EEOC today I learned that had I not signed the desperation agreement I would have had a case for age discrimination. BUT, that eliminates the receipt of severance $$$. AND you have to hire a lawyer and sue THE COMPANY. It all s---s
