There was no mass layoff in DN as promised. It's cheaper to lay off in bits and pieces. If you don't find something in a couple of months to justify your salary, then good luck. No clarity was provided on what DN folks should focus on beyond end of year. Do you guys find any clarity on the messaging?

The salary for every FAE is over 1000k USD per year, FAE manger is double even more
Don't forget what CEO said in the QBR. The business needs some PRUNING. He said that when talking about the slower growth in Auto. What NXP is going through is DN resources being spread across the two larger businesses, creating surplus and allowing each manager to pick the best and staff their needs. But that will include layoffs when everything is said and done. May be former DN employees or those from the initial groups if they are replaced by DN engineers.
