Things were not that good back during the great recession time but nowadays things are good at Praxair. The market is good and there are no layoffs, this includes ops and corporate - we are doing really well. I hope it stays like this for a very long time - we are well positioned and we are executing good - so, fingers crossed - we'll be fine in the long term.
