They better make the quarterly bonus based on individual goals instead of the branch as a whole... The current approach MRC Global is taking is making no sense and a good number of top employees have left the company because of this flawed system - for example they would achieve goals but would make no bonuses - that makes no sense. Change it...

Yeah, front line individual contributors are ground up by inefficient, bloated operations and clueless middle management. So many good, experiences souls laid off. Staff that is left is whipped like a donkey. I’m looking.
They totally lost track of how to run this business. Top management doesn’t hold middle management accountable. It’s like a good ole boys club and it’s hurting business.
