07/17/18 - Texas Instruments CEO Brian Crutcher resigns for violating code of conduct. Less than 2 months in the role and now fired? Apparently it’s not related to the mismanagement of the company or financial misreporting. So, WTF happened?

While I was there, TI was always serious about their code of ethics. I saw several people get fired for inappropriate comments, relationships, behavior while traveling for business, and p–n.
In this case, I would guess the guy had an improper relationship somewhere along the way. At my current company, when an executive or manager has an improper relationship with a subordinate, they transfer the subordinate "quietly". At TI they fire the exec/manager straight away.
I don't think the company is hiding anything ... just walking the talk.
no news yet?
Y'all crazy good at keeping a secret.....
What’s the scoop?
My money is on getting busted cornholing some t----- h--ker at motel 6 by the airport.
I’m the OP, and that’s precisely the reason why I asked the question. The news came out quickly on CNBC.com, the site I use to keep up with the stock market and associated news stories. The short article did not specify the reason for his ouster, but did make clear it had nothing to do with mismanagement or mis-reporting the financials. So, I’m drawing the conclusion it’s of a personal nature, like banging the secretary on company time or dissing one of the blackies in the office. Can someone actually working at TI fill in the true story here?
