Who else want's to bet that we are about to lose some of our best workers? Cardinal Health is known for favoritism and nepotism, so I will not be surprised to see all the mindless robots who just nod their heads at whatever management says spared one more time.
In all honesty, I don't know how we are supposed to continue functioning after this. We are understaffed as it is, are the rest of us going to be expected to pick up the work of those laid off once again? I don't think that's humanly possible anymore.
Not to mention the pay being sub par as it is, but doing even more work for such poor pay? Our turnover is about to become even worse.
Sometimes I'm genuinely wondering what those on top want to achieve with some of their decisions...
