Agree with the above. Worked for Arris for 24+ years and in good standing just to learn i am being let go.
Come on - 2 weeks is pretty good. Most places just kick you out immediately.. I was glad.
It helps. but just 2 weeks notice when you do not have any extra weeks on the books. I predict this company is going down, shutting down the san diego site pretty soon. I am glad it happened to me now while the economy is doing good.
