Big Company, Failed leadership

The Kraft takeover bid should never have been that serious. This is a company with just awful senior leadership and board members. It is at such a size and scale that it can hide fundamental weaknesses from shareholders via yearly dividend payouts. Start your career there, but get out before too long if you are in a developed nation location. the culture at the top is about hanging on, inorganic growth, and short term goals.

Stock prices when indexed to overall market performance over the last 15 years tell's the truth.
