It's turning into Wal-Mart. Spend too much to achieve too little. As long a the rooftop club in Chicago is happy no one else matters, not Smart Chicken, Tyson, Advance Pierre or even Keystone. Likely Keystone will begin cuts next to help with Q4 numbers since Tyson can't seem to operate properly without consultants (who operate poorly themselves). Hillshire was bought because they couldn't manage a small company and they do even worse with a large one. Upper management style is basically they have taken a c-ap in a blender and blended it then leave. We hear about sustainability so much it could make a person puke without ever a mention of what it will consist of but leave out the part of actual job sustainability (which would be the people that carry out what they say they will do).

Will other departments experience the same? Will there be a hiring freeze on open head count first?
