Looks like a potential takeover candidate if someone moves quickly...especially before they get into debt up to their eyeballs again. At a market cap of 360 million and long term bond debt of +/- 300 million, the assets could be accretive for a management team that knows what they are doing...and the current team is primarily the same one that took CHAP into bankruptcy. The employees do not want a "rinse and repeat" re-run.
Maker cap of $350 million and credit facility of $750 million? Makes a lot of sense....this ship is sunk.
How long before payroll will be paid in stock?
406 million and falling...wake up folks. Chap is circling the drain.
Miss Piggy you are very wise. Market cap at 563 million and falling....Incompetence NOW on PUBLIC display. Rinse and repeat...board members pay attention.
Look how well being a pure play stack operator is working. Multiple records have been set but unfortunately it is always new 52 week low stock prices. Multiple quarterly reports with losses in the millions. I don’t think it was ever this bad when the company was diversified with $30/bbl oil...

The key to reaching high levels of performance and productivity is to develop the lifelong habit of tackling your major task first thing each morning. You must develop the routine of 'eating your frog' before you do anything else. Move the frog out and things get better folks. (Mark Twain)
I think I see the frog jumping into a pot of cold water sitting on Ichan's stove. How do you think that ends ? Start that poison pill process Chap...the hunter will become the hunted.
Carl Ichan enjoys hunting CEO's in OKC. Ole Chap is small fry for him, but easy pickens with the feckless incompetence in play. The mural on Ichan's conference room wall with a lion and its prey may just have a frog added next...stay tuned.
JM and ER are preparing for the final destruction of Chaparral! The STACK what a joke! Ask any of the other companies about the big bad stack. You would be surprised at their answers. It reminds me of that how did Kermit put it? Oh yeah “World Class Asset Burbank”! Yeah real winner there!!!!
