Things have turned from bad to worse at Farmers Insurance really quickly. For a while now we've been seeing monthly goals go up on pretty much monthly bases.
We have slow and outdated systems that break down on regular bases, and yet nobody takes that into account when setting sales goals.
If I want to make decent pay, nowadays I'd have to work pretty much non-stop. Just take sleep breaks and that's it.
No wonder our attrition is at an all time high - and I'm pretty sure it's just going to continue rising.
Every sales representative worth their salt is looking for a way out right now. I know I certainly am.
