Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

HPE moving near HPI

Just can't cut the umbilical cord between companies or HPE is like that lost puppy... "I can't quit you" HPE to HPI.

Many HPI employees don’t want to commute to the new site. Too far in the wrong direction.

For the record, the two campuses will still be a half mile from each other.

Probably not and more likely so few will actually be around in the Houston area that it won't matter. Spring Creek flooded also during Harvey.

Yes... For those who may not know, but who may care...

In about 3 years, the move should be a done deal. HPE Houston is moving to join HPI Houston campus, which is about 30 minutes commute from the current location of HPE. New location is a tad south of the Woodlands, where I-45 crosses the new-ish outer belt-loop 99...

Will HPE still exist 3 years from now, or will it have gone bankrupt and vanished, or will it have been bought up? Time will tell...
