Wow, Karma worked faster than I thought it would. I would like to think that getting rid of your I.T. staff that had all of the knowledge and experience finally caught up with American Water, but it probably came down to basic human emotion and Radha P!zzed off the wrong person. I just don't see how you remove all of your talent and experienced employees and replace them with recent college grads with little to no real world experience and offshoring the rest doesn't have a business impact. Anyway, this should have happened before hundreds of jobs were lost.
